Primary Tasks and Obligations:
- Follow established recipes and serving timelines to create top-notch dishes.
- Meals should be served with correct amounts, appropriate warmth, and visually appealing arrangement.
- Adhere to the guidelines for the gathering and recording of tickets within the service protocol.
- Ensure the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage spaces are kept clean and tidy.
- Food should be stored or disposed of in a manner that complies with proper food safety protocols.
- Properly operate and uphold kitchen appliances.
- Provide support with organizing production schedules, managing documentation, placing orders, and overseeing deliveries.
- Make sure to promptly report any problems with equipment or raise any safety concerns you may have.
- Participate in workshops and safety instruction sessions.
- Encourage a workplace atmosphere that promotes positivity and mutual respect among colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including but not limited to:
- Utilizing cut-resistant gloves while working with knives and sharp equipment.
- Utilizing oven mitts or gloves is crucial when dealing with hot objects.
- Employing slip-resistant footwear and adhering to appropriate methods for lifting objects.
- Fulfill any other tasks that are delegated.
