New recruits at the restaurant will undergo training in one position before potentially broadening their skill set by participating in the Fast Tracks program, which facilitates cross-training in different roles. The primary objective is to cultivate a flexible workforce capable of fulfilling diverse responsibilities to ensure patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. Dining Room Associate are instrumental in upholding the restaurant's standards by providing customers with a delightful meal in a hospitable and clean setting.

Requirements for Dining Room Associate:

• Demonstrating a cheerful and optimistic outlook while striving for customer contentment.
• Eagerness to acquire new insights and advance through the Golden Corral FastTracks educational program.
• Availability that extends to weekends, evenings, and holidays for added flexibility.
• Proficiency in conveying messages and working harmoniously with others is key.
• Following the guidelines and protocols in place for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards within the community.

Responsibilities for Dining Room Associate:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining rooms, and guest areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
