Job Summary

Join the Sales & Marketing team at The St. Regis New York as a Sales Agent. In this role, you’ll support sales operations by handling administrative tasks, preparing proposals and contracts, promoting brand awareness, and assisting clients by phone and email. You’ll help drive revenue while ensuring exceptional service for both guests and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales documents and promotional materials
• Support the sales process through data entry and lead tracking
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and offerings
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and company standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and assist with guest or client needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• No supervisory experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage between $30.00 and $36.00
