Assistant Store Manager

Job Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a hands-on role in the daily operations of a multi-million-dollar business, building your supervisory experience, coaching skills, and passion for coffee and tea. This position is designed to develop your leadership abilities and business acumen, preparing you for future roles in store management and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Use your business acumen to drive sales, increase efficiency, and solve problems to create a thriving store.
• Serve as a dynamic brand ambassador, inspiring your team to achieve results and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with day-to-day store management, including inventory control, product quality assurance, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and create a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Passion for Starbucks’ mission, products, and community.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
