Assistant Store Leader

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Leverage business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving to drive sales and store performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a team
• Ability to work full-time, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
