Operational Excellence:

  • Notifies the supervisor about the necessity of transferring cash from the register to the secure safe to minimize the chances of theft.
  • Verifies that the drawer's total matches the daily paperwork.

Guest Service:

  • Offers a warm welcome to arriving guests and extends a heartfelt invitation to return upon their departure.
  • Provides support to individuals requiring assistance during their stay.
  • Manages the fulfillment of GC To Go orders efficiently.
  • Pleasant and polite during telephone conversations.
  • Handles payments accurately.
  • Understands and complies with job duties concerning just-in-time delivery.
  • Understands the offerings available on the buffet each day and is well-versed in the menu options and their respective prices.

Cleanliness:

  • Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station and surrounding areas.
  • May help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct. Cleans all buffets and surrounding areas.
  • Follows local health department laws.
  • Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
